Do you replace internal staff?
No. IHTP supplements leadership by introducing structure, documentation oversight, and process refinement. We do not replace executive, operational, or management roles within an organization.
Do you provide legal, tax, or financial advice?
No. IHTP provides structured documentation review and advisory commentary only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
How are engagements structured?H
Engagements are customized based on scope and complexity. Most clients begin with a consultation to define objectives, documentation needs, and reporting frameworks before entering a defined service agreement.
Do you manage projects directly?
IHTP provides coordination support and structured reporting frameworks. Execution authority and management responsibility remain with the client or designated internal leadership.

Build Clarity™ is a division of IHTP focused exclusively on homeowner-side advisory support during significant residential construction projects.
What is Build Clarity™?
Build Clarity™ provides independent residential construction advisory services designed to bring contract clarity, structured documentation review, and financial transparency to homeowners undertaking major builds or renovations.
Are you acting as my general contractor or construction manager?
No. Build Clarity™ does not act as a general contractor, construction manager, or supervising authority. All construction control, scheduling, supervision, and execution remain the responsibility of the licensed contractor.
Are you licensed as a contractor in Arizona?
Build Clarity™ services are advisory in nature. We do not perform construction work, contract for construction services, or assume contractor authority. Homeowners remain responsible for hiring and contracting with licensed construction professionals as required by Arizona law.
Do you supervise subcontractors or labor?
No. We do not supervise labor, direct subcontractors, or control construction activity. Our role is limited to documentation review and homeowner-side advisory commentary.
Do you attend job site meetings?
We may attend meetings or site visits for observational and documentation review purposes only. We do not issue field directives, approve construction methods, or control site activity.
Are you responsible for keeping my project on budget?
No. Budget control and cost execution remain the responsibility of the contractor and homeowner. Build Clarity™ provides financial position summaries and documentation review based solely on the information provided to us.
Do you review payment requests?
Yes. We provide advisory review of payment requests relative to contract terms and documentation provided. Final payment decisions remain solely with the homeowner.
Do you review change orders?
Yes. We provide structured review of change order documentation to help homeowners understand scope adjustments and financial impact. We do not negotiate contracts or bind parties to agreements.
Can you stop a contractor from proceeding with work?
No. We do not have authority to stop work, direct construction activity, or override contractual relationships between homeowners and contractors.
Is Build Clarity™ available outside Arizona?
Build Clarity™ services may be available in select jurisdictions. All services remain advisory in nature and do not replace licensed construction services.
